I just returned home from vacationing in California, where I spent one day doing a bike ride along the beach from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach and back. But I decided to take a little detour along the way:

Yes, we were in Santa Monica for a few days. We drove the PCH starting in San Francisco, stopping here and there to hike. It was really lovely.
