Yeah, this hive mind phenomenon is weird. I've been having writing trouble of late for a number of reasons, but one of them is that I keep starting things, and then I come across a piece that's so similar to what I'm doing that it's freaky -- I mean, not just thematically, but in specific plot details and even word choices.
